Going beyond consensus, which never works!

I have lived in conscious community for the past 16 years. "Why?" you ask.  Three reasons:  I love to live well.  In community I can do that at a very discounted rate. I love the fast track for my evolutionary journey.  Living consciously with others is my ticket home to Self.   I love fun and celebration.  That is every day in the community matrix. 

The code for successful community alignment is called WIN/WIN.  Consensus does not work.  Never has.  Consensus has compromise as its modality.  Compromise has “lose” written all over it, losing any part of what we want.  In WIN/WIN we all get what we want.  Impossible?  No!  It is our greatest practice. And it keeps the loving alignment juicy.  WIN/WIN lets me know I never lose.  And neither do you.
